This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and managing their evolving insurance needs. • Process and review policies, issue endorsements, and invoices for the team
• Process certificates of insurance to support our client's ongoing operations
• Assist Account Managers with system updates and client support as needed
• Stay informed of company and industry procedures
• Regularly document all activities and correspondence 

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Acquiring state licensing, once hired
• Passion and dedication for continued learning
• A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology
