Job Description
Well-known Insurance agency looking for caring individuals to work with clients and sales team. Full-time and part-time CSR. This is a hourly/commission paid position. We will provide proper training and basic CA insurance knowledge. Will have future promotion opportunities.
Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
- Help clients make timely payments on renewals.
- Submit required docs to headquarters.
- Assist clients to submit claims.
- Help make changes on insurance Coverages
Qualifications:
- Must be 18
- People-oriented
- Coachable
- Self-motivated
- Bilingual (mandarin/Spanish)
- Past costumer experience is a plus
