Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative local to Mount Pleasant, SC. This position is a direct fulltime employment opportunity in the wholesale industry. The Customer Service Representative is required to report onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer phone calls and emails, responding to customers’ questions and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service while actively upselling additional products.
• Oversee all web orders for accurate processing.
• Ensure accurate order management by approving and redirecting orders to the appropriate warehouse or shipment locations.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in order processing and returns.
• Support Customer Service and Sales group with product knowledge.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service role or similar.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft platforms.
• Proven experience processing and managing customer orders.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of maintaining an organized inbox through Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to manage and maintain meaningful relationships with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
