Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a passion for animals to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our clients and support our animal care operations.

Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and provide information about services
- Schedule appointments and manage client records accurately
- Assist in animal handling, restraint, and care as needed
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure high-quality care for animals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and customer service areas
- Handle financial transactions and process payments

Qualifications:
- Experience in animal handling, restraint, or care preferred
- Knowledge of animal husbandry practices
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols
