About the opportunity

I am looking for a highly experienced Superintendent to run several ground-up projects covering a number of markets including educational, healthcare, industrial and retail.

As a Superintendent, your primary responsibility is to oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects, which includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and safety. Your main duties will include:

• Collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet all necessary requirements.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
• Developing and executing project schedules and budgets while ensuring that the projects meet all safety and quality standards.
• Adhering to the project's filing and documentation organization system as per the project's guidelines. Updating drawings, logs, diaries, and inspection notebooks as required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience working as a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor
• Experience working on Ground-Up projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
