Role and Responsibilities
· Coordinate all workforce required to successfully complete projects.
· Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
· Communicate with foreman and field technicians.
· Responsible for the workflow of projects.
· Maintain project schedule.
· Order and maintain materials and equipment for projects.
· Responsible for the quality of work performed.
· Oversee Safety. Our Safety goal is zero incidents and no recordables. Includes ensuring all safety requirements and policies are being followed, execution of weekly toolbox topics, safety training, and evolving a safety culture.
· Responsible for daily reports.
· Document project progress through photos and as-builts.
· Approve workforce time weekly.
· Approve material and equipment invoices weekly.
· Oversee training of Foreman and Field Technicians.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Bi-lingual is a plus.
· A two-year college degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
· Must have experience in reading blueprints.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills.
· Use of Procore daily.
Requirements
· Five years’ experience in construction.
· Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods. Must be able to climb and balance on equipment, ladders, and scaffolding.
· Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds.
· Must have a valid driver’s license or valid State ID.
· Must pass a criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
