Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Superintendent to oversee the operations of our manufacturing plant. The Plant Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong managerial and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, including production schedules, staffing, and resource allocation
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and efficiency targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs
-Optimize workflow and resolve any production issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among plant employees
- Train and mentor plant staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Manage inventory levels
-Other duties as needed for smooth-working, effective, and efficient shop operations and ensuring shop goals are met.

Experience:
- Excellent shop math skills required and experience with inspection/measurement devices.

-10 years of metal stamping production experience required job shop metal stamping experience desired, 3 years supervisory experience required.

-10 years of machine shop/press room, experience including set-up requirements for punch press, press brake, and operations.

-Knows operator and setup requirements for punch press, press brake, welding, and laser cutting operations.

-Knowledge of Tool and Die making short and medium runs, and some progressive die.

- Proven experience as a Plant Superintendent or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Delegation skills, Blueprint reading skills -Excellent problem-solving skills, Can provide direct assistance to help employees carry out the manufacturing process when needed

Pay: $56,339.28 - $67,849.45 per year
