About the role

As a Project Superintendent, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and with the highest quality standards. The projects you will be working on will be commercial fitout projects ranging in value from $1M - $5M. This position will be onsite 5 days a week.

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for construction projects, including coordinating and managing subcontractors, vendors, and other construction personnel.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project schedule and budget.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
• Coordinate with project management team, including Project Managers and Engineers, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, address changes, and ensure project success.
• Oversee and manage construction activities, including scheduling, procurement, materials management, and site logistics.

About the requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise construction activities, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and other project documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
