Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for developing and growing strategic accounts for Cinterra’s Renewable Construction Solutions including cross selling opportunities into Utilities, Directional Drilling, Gas and Fencing operations. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will require heavy interaction and collaboration with the Center of Excellence, Finance and Construction. This position offers a competitive salary paid weekly plus commissions that are paid out on a quarterly basis based on your SIP (Sales Incentive Plan). The position can be remote based with travel to Cinterra’s offices and client offices.

*Additional consideration will be given to candidates who have a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance or Construction related degrees.*
