HVACR Company looking for an Administrative Assistant to round out our team.
Our company was founded in January 2007. We provide Commercial Refrigeration Service and Installation to our customers throughout Northern California.
CHM Mechanical is one of the largest refrigeration contractors in the Bay area. We are now looking to hire an in office support person to help us with our day to day operations.
Day to day duties:
- Screen and direct incoming calls as required
- Schedule/ Confirm appointments
- Ordering Equipment & Supplies
- QuickBooks Data Entry
- Help with Dispatch if needed
Here is what we are looking for:
HVAC, Plumbing, or Contracting office experience a huge plus.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Detail oriented
· Ability to learn fast
· Highly motivated
· Ability to multitask
· Team player
· Dependable, responsible and accountable
· Strong work ethics
· Proficiency in oral and written communications
· Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions and Microsoft Office. Typing 35-to 45 WPM
Salary based on experience.
