The Principal Development Lead, Nontraditional Restaurants is responsible for leading and representing the work to support existing Nontraditional Restaurants, a body of work that is growing in volume and complexity. In additional to driving contractual brand requirements and Development & Construction expectations with Licensing Food Service Partners (LFSP), the role works to implement (LFSP) reinvestment obligations, to include brand/capacity reinvestments and rollouts of equipment and technology to ensure Partner brand standards are met for food safety, food quality, capacity, brand image standards, and overall customer experience.
The role is also responsible for coordinating and expediting the design, development and construction process for new and existing Chick-fil-A Licensed Satellite locations. This includes locations in Universities, Airports, Hospitals and Business/Industry. This role works closely with Chick-fil-A Real Estate and Operations and leads outside professionals and vendors to complete remodel projects.
