Business Manager
This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.
The Business Manager will provide Business Operations Support (BOS) Services for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Army GEOINT Office (AGO) with performance at Fort Belvoir, VA.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Business Manager: Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Business Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
- Provide recommendations to the client regarding adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret external and internal data and write reports.
- Assess overall client performance against objectives.
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Provide recommendations to enable the client to adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Business Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Minimum of BS/BA in Business Management or relevant field.
- MS/MA in relevant field preferred.
- Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Proven experience as a business manager or equivalent role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems.
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
