Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with identification, assessment, and recording of near, medium, and long-term business needs and technology solutions. * Prepare and track project plans for project inception to completion. * Assist with facilitation of the implementation of new functionality, training, and troubleshooting.

* Conduct comprehensive analyses of specific logistics functions, including finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, and operations research, to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
* Utilize first-hand knowledge of DoD/Component policies, business procedures, and business rules to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with data standards and transaction standards, including DLMS (Defense Logistics Management System) and legacy formats, to facilitate seamless integration across various systems and platforms.
* Provide expertise in Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP), Military Standard Transaction Reporting and Accountability Procedures (MILSTRAP), and Military Standard Billing System (MILSBILLS) to optimize supply chain management processes.
* Implement best practices for Supply Discrepancy Reporting (SDR) and Web SDR to minimize errors and improve inventory accuracy.
* Manage and maintain the DoD Activity Address Directory (DoDAAD) and Military Assistance Program Address Directory (MAPAD) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for logistics operations.
* Utilize Logistics Metrics Analysis Reporting System (LMARS) to analyze performance data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
* Oversee physical inventory processes to ensure compliance with federal cataloging data standards and materiel technical data standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for seamless integration of transaction standards within the supply/logistics domain. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience:
* Four (4) years relevant experience
* 1 year experience in working with business process re-engineering
