This position reports to the EVP-Sales of CHC Wellbeing, Inc. (“CHC”). For over 18 years, CHC Wellbeing has worked with companies across the country to create a workplace community that makes employee wellbeing a top priority. We provide a high-touch, onsite and telephonic experience that provides clinically-based interventions that improve member health. Combined with our suite of digital and mobile tools, we go beyond just physical health and provide personalized digital health journeys where the member is in the driver’s seat. The Sales Representative will work directly with the EVP to execute a got to market strategy for an exciting new solution that will disrupt the market. The Sales Representative initial focus is consulting with current CHC Wellbeing clients. Phase II will require securing new business opportunities in the market developing brokers/consulting relationships, and partners to expand market share. The Sales Representative must also meet sales growth objectives in accordance with CHC Wellbeing’s sales policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations. Achieve objectives related to sales and growth of CHC’s complete service offering.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to gain market share through CHC's current BoB.
· Develop and execute new customer prospects and/or partnership opportunities including but not limited to brokers/consultants, TPA’s, and Hospitals.
· Maintains a Sales Funnel with expected values within each sales stage.
· Meets minimum quarterly/annual revenue goals established by Senior Management.
· Identifies and pursues new customer opportunities and is able to articulate CHC’s value proposition.
· Closes/Finalizes the sale, develops an implementation strategy across multiple disciplines as needed, with established inception dates.
· Coordinates “set-up” of CHC’s service offering/protocol and customer on-boarding to ensure smooth business transition and implementation to the Client Services Team.
· Establishes “open channel” communication with CHC’s Management and Client Services Team to create free-flowing customer/market information.
· Coordinates sales/support activity with market/local leadership across multiple territories as needed.
· Submits weekly activity reports to designated management personnel via CRM system access.
· Submits Monthly Productivity reports to designated management personnel via CRM system access.
· Able to interpret and deliver various customer-related outcomes data.
· Identify, interpret, and develop customer proposals and communicate accordingly with management.
· Pursue and maintain key industry thought leaders (consultancies, brokerage houses) relationships and endorsements.
· Attends Industry Trade shows and related events.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Present at the highest levels of client organizational management (Senior, C suite).
· Extreme passion for saving lives
· Maintain current knowledge of industry partners, brokers, consultants, competitors, industry organizations, and resources.
· Existing broker and consultant relationships within wellness preferred.
· Basic financial analysis and ROI trend review skills
· Demonstrate a sense of urgency and prioritization skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Graduate of accredited college or university
· Healthcare background preferred (RN, LVN, MA, Dietitian, etc.)
· 3 - 5 years of direct experience in Sales. Preferably healthcare-related services.
· Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare and corporate wellness
LANGUAGE SKILLS: N/A
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic skills.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Functional ability to operate PC applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and contact management
REASONING ABILITY: Must possess sound judgment, and business acumen skills.
