Hourly wage: $31.42 hr. (non-negotiable)

This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office with work performed at client site in Washington, DC.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Reviewing travel authorizations for completeness and accuracy, and, to ensure that proper procedures are followed;
• Troubleshooting problems with travelers, travel service, JMD;
• Processing travel obligations daily and ensuring data matches the information on the originating documents;
• Reviewing open balances at least quarterly to de-obligate funds no longer needed;
• Maintaining a log of vouchers received and ensuring performance time frames are met.
• Create and arrange travel reservations and itineraries for invitational travelers.
• Will brief DOJ officials on status of projects and work items
• Record expenditures in Financial System of record
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Minimum of 2-4 years directly related work experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook Email and WordPerfect
Administrative, organizational and coordination skills
Ability to successfully complete a CGI Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education, Employment, Credit and
