Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are contracted by DHL at their Ft Myers location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products/services
- Enter customer information into the database accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual)
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze situations quickly
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle difficult situations calmly

HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 1:30PM TO 6:30PM
