Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are contracted by DHL at their Ft Myers location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products/services
- Enter customer information into the database accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual)
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze situations quickly
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 1:30PM TO 6:30PM
