• Conduct all the tasks required to prepare the work force to work safely in a construction environment.
• Perform constant follow-up to ensure employees are following safety requirements.
• Assist management with guidance on how to complete tasks safely.
• Resolve all safety issues that arise from customers, employees, and company managers.
• Communicate constantly with employees to ensure they are provided with safety gear/supplies needed to complete essential job duty requirements.
• Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory and order as necessary.
• Complete projects safely and effectively.
• Prepare professional reports, conduct safety meetings, be the company spokesperson. for safety issues, research, and answer safety related concerns.
• Conduct safety training/presentations.
• Perform accident investigations for OSHA and Workers Compensation claims.
• Participating in & leading Job Safety Analysis (JSA) meetings.
• Works well independently and in a team environment. Initiative-taker mentality, with minimal guidance.
• Maintains, schedules training, and tracks all safety requirements and certifications for all employees.
• Responsible for maintaining company Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) Handbook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
