Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Trainer to join our team. The Safety Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing safety training programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for customers
- Create training materials, presentations, and resources
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
- Collaborate with customer's management to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, regulations, and standards
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, EHS, or related field
- OSHA #500 trainer card
- Powered Industrial Vehicle Train the Trainer
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and compliance management
- Experience in construction management, risk management, safety management
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software for training or reporting purposes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
