Job Description
The Program Coordinator has the primary responsibility for providing leadership, management, regulatory compliance, supervision, and program plan implementation to our home caregiver and 245D Community Based Services and programs. The Program Coordinator will provide direct care to people we serve during scheduled shifts, manage the staff at the agency, coordinate meetings, and establish relationships with the Interdisciplinary Teams, functioning as a liaison between the people we serve, teams and the agency. The Program Coordinator is responsible for being available during emergencies.

Qualifications
Applicants must be able to meet the criteria for a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP) and/or Designated Coordinator as assigned by 245D which includes a combination of work experience and education.
