- Drive forward digitalizationof the Finance function and report directly to the Head of Finance
- Work closely with the keystakeholders to prepare the implementation of the new accounting system, introducecompany KPIs, design and implement continuous process improvements in theFinance department
- Support Head of Finance inpreparation of the fundraising, creation of the business plan and therespective documentation as well as annual budgeting activities
- Design, plan and implementcross-departmental projects with a high degree of personal responsibility
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years ofconsulting experience or professional Project Management roles in globalorganizations with various internal and external stakeholders
- Master’s Degree (Finance,Economics, Accounting) preferred
- Intercultural competencerequired to adapt and excel within a truly diverse and international company
- Exceptional internal andexternal stakeholder management skills in order to efficiently coordinateinformation and progress on key projects
- Ability to analyze financialdata fast and efficiently, familiarity with high-level accounting topics andcontrolling frameworks
- Interest in building analysisframeworks, and standardization of analysis methodology and company-wideprocesses
- Passion for digitalization, newtopics and tools
- Excellent German and Englishlanguage skills
