Inthis role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all global clientcontracts, overseeing subscription renewals, and maintaining a client contractdatabase.
• Preparing and dispatchinginvoices as well as reminders.
• As part of the global financedepartment, monitoring and continuously measuring the company's ARR.
• Contributing to the redesignof a central contractual framework as a basis for correct invoicing and ARRcalculation.
• Establishing best practices,automated processes, and ERP system-based frameworks for contract management,invoicing, and reminder processes.
• Collaborating closely withkey stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, and Finance to review new clientcontracts from a financial perspective, ensure their correct documentation inthe database, and subsequently ensure correct invoicing and payment monitoring.
• Serving as the primarycontact for the CEO, Sales Manager, and Head of Finance regarding questionsrelated to correct ARR calculation, invoicing, and client contracts.

Requirements

• Proven experience inChartered Accounting, Audit, Consulting, Accounts Receivables, or professionalProject Management.
• A Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong inclination towardsboth project-related and operational tasks.
• The ability to navigate andexcel within a diverse and international corporate landscape.
• Exceptional stakeholdermanagement skills for effective coordination and progress tracking.
• A passion for digitalization,exploring new topics, and leveraging innovative tools.
• Proficiency in both Germanand English.
