• Contributeto the setup of the central contractual framework as a basis for correctinvoicing and ARR calculation
• Introducebest practices to contracts management, invoice schedules as well as reminderprocess
• Workclosely with the key stakeholders in Sales, Operations and Finance to reviewthe new client contracts from the Finance perspective, ensure its correctdocumentation in the database and subsequently correct invoicing as well aspayments monitoring
• Bethe major contact person for the CEO, Sales Manager and Head of Finance for allquestions related to correct ARR calculation, invoicing and client contracts

Requirements

• A minimumof 3 years of consulting experience or professional Project Management roles inglobal organizations with various internal and external stakeholders
• Master’sDegree (Finance, Economics, Accounting) preferred
• Passionboth for project related work as well as regular operational activities
• Interculturalcompetence required to adapt and excel within a truly diverse and internationalcompany
• Exceptionalinternal and external stakeholder management skills in order to efficientlycoordinate information and progress on key tasks and projects
• Passionfor digitalization, new topics and tools
• ExcellentGerman and English language skills
