• Provide profound financialanalysis to the Head of Finance and other members of the management team on aregular basis and in close cooperation with the Accounting function
• Prepare business plans andfinancial modelling with implications on the company´s strategy, pricing, newproducts and business models
• Drive forward the developmentof the new controlling framework, introduce continuous improvements to thecontrolling processes with a high degree of personal responsibility and reflectthem in a new accounting/ ERP system
• Prepare monthly shareholderreporting, liquidity planning, forecast and budget analysis
• Support digitalization of theFinance function and report directly to the Head of Finance

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of Controllingor consulting experience in global organizations with various internal andexternal stakeholders
• A profound understanding ofbusiness contexts and strong analytical skills
• Master’s Degree (Finance,Economics, Accounting) preferred
• Ability to analyze financialdata fast and efficiently, proficiency with accounting topics and controlling frameworks
• Interest in building analysisframeworks, and standardization of analysis methodology and company-wideprocesses
• Excellent German and Englishlanguage skills
