Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related human resource field, along with one year of relevant work experience. Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED, coupled with five years of progressively more responsible experience in effective payroll and human resource functions, is acceptable. Candidates should be acquainted with current labor laws and human resource practices. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required. Additionally, possession of HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
Position: Full time

Salary Range: $23.00-28.00/ hour
