```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management program
- Manage and coordinate all facility maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services and supplies
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting and cost control measures
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and warranties
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any facility-related issues
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance activities
- Experience working with logic controllers and high voltage systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
