Find your purpose with CentraCare working as an Administrative Assistant II in our Intensive Care Unit! 
The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing extensive administrative support for the Director of the ICU and leadership team of the Hospital Medicine Section. This position is responsible for non-patient care tasks including presentation development, minute taking, coordinating meetings, managing calendars and organizing events within the department. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will support and demonstrate Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients, their families and co-workers.

Position Details: 

• Full-time working 76 hours every two weeks 
• Working hours between 7:30am - 4:00pm 
• No weekends or holidays! 

Qualifications: 

• Post High School Degree - Office support training required or 
• Diploma with emphasis on computer applications for word processing and data management 
• Minimum of 1 year clerical support experience 
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond appropriately to a changing work environment
• Ability to type 75 words per minute.
