Position Details:

• Part-time position
• Working 48-60 hours every two weeks
• 8 and 12 hour Day and Night Rotation 
• Every other weekend
• Predetermined holiday rotation by the unit

Current Offerings:

• Up to $8,000 hiring bonus
• $5,000 relocation assistance
• Benefits include pay rate minimum: $36.83 (ADN); $37.75 (BSN); $38.69 (MSN)

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred
• BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired
• Current Minnesota RN license required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider care required
• National Certification in Nursing Specialty preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Previous nursing experience preferred, new graduates to apply through the Graduate Nurse Residency Program

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position and has not worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months.

To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it within 120 days.
