Position Summary : As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing our customers with support and assistance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Answer customer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide customers with information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints
• Process customer orders and returns.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure that they have a positive experience with our company.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Interacts with shipping and logistics team as a liaison between area manager / customers and warehouse staff
• Handles all traces, proof of deliveries, credits and documentation necessary to resolve shipping complaints

Experience, Education, Certifications and Licensures :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Must be available to work 10 am to 7 pm shift.
