Duties:

As Business Office Manager you will contribute to the success of our organization’s Accounts Receivable Department. Your work will be instrumental in attaining our organizations goals by ensuring accurate billing, ensuring timely collection of accounts receivables from resident accounts, completing collection calls and documentation on current and past due accounts, Maintaining all aspects resident accounts, meeting with residents and families regarding financial concerns, and adhering to strict deadlines for billing and reporting. Monitor, Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the facility’s accounting functions under the supervision of the Administrator. Our organization will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

· Experience in the billing role of a nursing home is required

· Bachelor's or Associate's degree from accredited college with specialization in business or accounting is preferred

· Knowledge of LTC/Skilled Nursing Home payers and eligibility.

· Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement and patient liability.

· The ability to deal tactfully and professionally with challenging residents/families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
