Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Casaléna. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, hiring and training staff, and managing food and beverage inventory.
Qualifications
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Experience in hiring and training staff
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff alike
- Experience in food and beverage management
- Ability to handle high stress situations and remain calm under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred
- Experience in hospitality management is preferred
