Salary Range: $23.00 - $27.00 Hourly

Carroll Motor Fuels is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join the team of a growing regional fuel distributor. Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of calls with a proprietary network to answer questions while offering excellent customer service.
  • Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes.
  • Respond to customer service issues, concerns or complaints with the program and seek to expedite resolution of a problem.
  • Accurately document the customer's contact information including phone number, email address and other essential account development information, verify the system is correct and make changes as necessary.
  • Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to understand their needs, ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs.
  • Print and/or change delivery tickets to reflect current needs, address any changes with the customer and management.
  • Account maintenance and data entry.
  • Knowledge of invoicing and manual entry of customer data.
  • Dispatch support for the customer’s request.

Qualifications


Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in customer service and call center is preferred.
  • Eager to receive coaching and constructive feedback to continually improve techniques and results.
  • Willingness to work towards goals and understand the path to achieving success requires effort to learn the products and a willingness to promote them to customers In addition to answering their questions.
  • Fluency in English is essential, bilingual is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software for sending and receiving online forms to open and set up accounts is also a plus.
  • Speed and accuracy in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Customer Service, Professionalism.
