Account Executive - Remote

About the Role: 

We are looking to add a proactive and motivated Account Executive to our Sales Team. This individual is responsible for growing market share through business development and account saturation activities amongst healthcare clients and prospects nationwide. These include, though are not limited to, MSP/VMS, Sub/Post-Acute/Acute Travel, Allied, corrections, leadership and school-based healthcare staffing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in staffing, marketing, and sales. Who You Are: 

We’d love to speak with you if… 

• You have 2 years of healthcare staffing business development experience (required) 
• You have 2 years of sales experience (required) 
• You’re skilled in staffing, marketing, sales, cold calling, competitive analysis, and client interactions
• You’re proficient in sales/ATM software products such as ZoomInfo, PipeDrive, HubSpot, and symplr 

What You’ll Do: 

• Develops and implements sales plans 
• Strategically monitors and engages the healthcare staffing market on a weekly basis through marketing and sales activities, cold calling, prospecting, competitive analysis, client interactions, and other initiatives as appropriate 
• Performs in line with KPIs and metrics 
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities 
• Conduct virtual and/or in-person demos and presentations 
• Negotiates contracts, establish pricing strategies, and recommended selling prices in accordance with CareerStaff policies and guidelines. Complete Requests for Proposals, as needed 
• Conducts client needs assessments to determine their long-term and short-term staffing plans and strategy 
• Stays up to date on market conditions 
• Consistently documents sales activities and manages prospect pipeline 
• Provides outside-the-box sales strategies to develop the CareerStaff brand 
• Introducing signed clients to the appropriate fulfillment teams 
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to all business practices? 
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager 
• Some travel for the role will be required as needed
