General Duties (not limited to):
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional performance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in coordinating special events and ensure execution goes smoothly
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fine dining, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality management
- Experience with Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
