Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the company's promotional campaigns and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. They work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones. This role involves engaging with customers, answering their queries, and providing product information. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for generating leads and following up on potential customer inquiries. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong sales and customer service experience. Overall, this role plays a critical role in driving sales growth and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customers needs

Requirements
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
- Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
- Proven record of successful deals closed
