About the Role
As a Logistics Manager, you will be at the forefront of Capsule's mission to build a pharmacy that serves everyone by ensuring smooth, on-time medication delivery through efficient routes, smart planning, and teamwork:
Manage end-to-end last mile logistics operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, high quality, and customer availability
Recruit, coach, mentor and develop a high performing courier workforce to provide a white-glove same-day delivery offering
Maximize labor efficiency through proper staffing, schedule management and route optimization
Work closely with HR, Labor Capacity Planning, and Pharmacy Operations to enhance cross-functional processes and outcomes.
Conduct leakage audits and compile loss reports, ensuring operational integrity and compliance.
Requirements:
You have proven experience in Logistics management, and it's a plus if you've got at least 1 year of routing or last-mile delivery experience
You're tech-savvy, adaptable to new technologies, and excel in fast-paced environments. Competence in relevant or similar software (Paycom, Zendesk, Google Workspace, Onfleet).
You're comfortable standing for extended periods (at least 8 hours per shift), working various shifts, including holidays, and hold a valid driver's license
Your work is marked by attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, and cooperation, often requiring minimal supervision
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
