Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and logistics activities of our company. Your role will involve ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment, procurement, and data analysis to optimize our dispatch operations.

Duties:
- Plan and coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling and routing of shipments with our local fleet.
- Collaborate with operations team and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Schedule deliveries with consignees
- Utilize software systems and GPS systems to track inventory and shipments and drivers
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery and requirements

Skills:
- Strong transportation planning skills to optimize routes and schedules
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Strong customer service communication
