Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Service Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and transportation coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure all shipments are in compliance with regulations
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Utilize MRP systems for inventory control and procurement
- Oversee transportation management for efficient distribution
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and negotiate contracts

Requirements:

- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Knowledge of profit loss principles and demand planning strategies
- Mechanical knowledge for understanding equipment requirements
- Familiarity with procurement processes and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
