HUBLOT is Hiring a Logistics Coordinator Near Miami, FL
- Receives and reviews incoming orders from HQ, and distributes orders to the rest of the network.
- Receives and ships operational and marketing material to the network.
- Organizes and maintains inventory.
- Works with partners to provide logistical support and communicates effectively with them. (Tracking numbers, labels, organization of pickups, etc.)
- Works with our brokers to provide proper documentation for international shipments.
- Assists network with shipping issues/ loss shipments and create proper claims.
- Orders supplies and maintains an organized workstation.
- Creates daily reports of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Completes administrative tasks (creates and confirm invoices once shipped/ receive stock repairs etc.)
- Partners directly with the Sales Administrator when shipments are received and distribution takes place.
- Able to lift packages over 50LBS
- Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management
Profile
- High school diploma or GED
- Some College or equivalent experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Able to lift packages over 50LBS
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
