Company Overview
Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, Capital Brands created the personal blending category and as importantly brought a new, daily health regimen and lifestyle to America. A pioneer in DTC television, nutribullet and magic bullet became household names and built what today is the number one global selling personal blender with leadership in North America and other key markets around the world such as Australia, UK and Europe.
Capital Brands was founded by entrepreneurs who believed that everyone deserves the best nutrition – that eating well has the power to transform lives. Embodying the lifestyle of Southern California, nutribullet is all about fast, simple nutrition built around a breakthrough, iconic product platform that is as simple to clean as it is to use. While magic bullet adds a brand and range built on compactness, accessibility, ease of use and creating in the kitchen with a bit of playfulness and fun.
In 2020, De'Longhi S.p.A. reached an agreement to acquire Capital Brands, giving it a strong, North America born and based anchor company and overnight bringing De’Longhi to the number 1 position in the very important blender category. This pairs with the Group’s leadership in coffee and other key categories.
