Your impact on our mission:As a Sr. Product Marketer, you will shape, communicate, and launch Panoramas innovative products to our prospective and existing customers. Youll bring audience, industry and opportunity insights to the product development stage. Youll collaborate closely with marketing, sales and product teams leading the development of value propositions, go-to-market plans, including messaging and adoption strategies. This is a great opportunity for a smart and passionate marketer to directly impact how businesses and providers experience Panorama Education, while driving change for educators and students nationwide.On a given day, you will:Build core product marketing structures, such as a cross-functional product launch playbookLead product launches by collaborating with the Product team, building capacity for internal teams, and creating materials that build awareness and demand from prospects and customersHelp coach product marketing managers and lead cross-functional teamsTrain sales team members on demo talk tracks and discovery questions to support a chronic absenteeism demo flowConduct focus groups and interviews with district leaders about their challenges and needsWork with Integrated Campaigns on product roadmap, audience, and upcoming product campaigns & launches.What We Are Looking For5 years of product marketing experienceExperience managing product launches to hit important business goalsExperience developing product positioning, messaging, and buyer personas, and creating processes and structures for sharing product messaging across the organizationExperience leading projects and project teams and balancing competing prioritiesYoull be successful in this role if youHave experience with enterprise products and audiences, online marketplaces, or have worked in the EdTech/Education industry (a plus).Demonstrate super strength when it comes to managing complex projects with an eye for detail.Have experience in and passion for collecting and using customer insights and market research to drive strategic product marketing decisions.Approach projects through a data-driven and analytical lens.Are a creative problem solver with an appetite to always be learning.Can work independently or in groups, and know when to ask for feedback or help but can confidently lead initiatives independently and in groups.Have the ability to synthesize complicated product concepts and materials into simple, everyday language.Are a strong communicator, both verbally and written, and know your audience. Present to audiences (large and small, internal and external) with confidence.Have 7 years overall work experience, with a minimum 5 years of product marketing experience at a technology company.Base Salary: $119,800 - $159,800#J-18808-Ljbffr
