Requirements

Reporting to our CPO, you will interact closely with development teams, customer-facing teams (sales, marketing, customer success) and customers to direct product development and expand product market reach.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
• Develop metrics to track product use to maximize product success.
• Create messaging for collateral material.
• Develop standard product configuration.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years as Product Manager for SaaS business.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Great rapport with customers, partners, and co-workers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment (i.e. comfortable with complex but unstructured problems, a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment, and being self-motivated and organized).
• M&A experience or knowledge is desirable.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters is desirable
