JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Management

• Will orchestrate, coordinate Enterprise application migration and be a point of contact during the Project execution.
• This resource must have the ability to prepare analysis and associated documentation for production support and must be able to work independently on multiple tasks in a highly dynamic environment with rigor, strong communication skills, teaming skills and the ability to collaborate within a cross functional organization
• This position will work in a fast-paced Enterprise-level environment requiring good written, verbal and presentation skills in English
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: authoring all Project management artifacts following the practices resource/ timeline planning, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring that Project plans and schedules are established and maintained
• Responsibilities also include conducting formal presentations, coordinating with all Project stakeholders, ensuring that appropriate Project controls are instituted, and helping develop status documents and Federally required documents as requested

SharePoint Experience :

• SharePoint admin experience in supporting project team, stakeholders in creating and managing sites, designate site admins, manage sharing setting.
• Support with SharePoint site, user access and permissions.
• Support in configuring and maintaining SharePoint servers, troubleshoot issues and monitor system performances.
• Bring best in class practices for SharePoint Migration.
