State Street is Hiring a GTS DMC Risk & Controls Technical Project Manager, Vice President- Onsite Near Boston, MA

Who we are looking for
The Data, Markets, Corporate (DMC) Technology team is looking to hire a VP level candidate Technical Project Manager.
What you will be responsible for
  • Own end-to-end project management for assigned workstreams, including scope management, capacity planning, resource management, delivery timelines and risks/issues/dependencies management.
  • Actively manage the definition and delivery of target dates and project milestones so that deadlines are understood, met and projects remain on target
  • Coordinate cross-project activities working with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Identify, report and escalate Issues/Risks and challenges. Manage and mitigate delays with project team and stakeholders. Drive issues and risks resolution, decision-making on a path to green
  • Liaise between internal workstreams and stakeholder groups to drive consensus on project plans, status, and issues/risk tracking
  • Communicate project and program status updates to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis and ad hoc as required
  • Collaborate with PMO and provide updates for management and StreeCo reporting

  • Comfortable working both in-office and in virtual environments across time zones and with globally spread teams
  • Ability to focus on multiple, time-sensitive activities without compromising the quality of work
Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 10 years experience in project/program management driving enterprise level, high impact and cross-functional initiatives. Managing projects across cross-functional stakeholder groups, business units and global teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Finance or equivalent
  • Organizational knowledge of State Street especially GTS prefered

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
