Campos EPC is seeking talented individuals to join our team! Our Charlotte North Carolina office is currently seeking a Regional Engineering Manager with outstanding leadership skills and the desire to drive success.

Provide direction, guidance, and support to assigned personnel. Responsible for financial results of assigned program/office. Manage program/office personnel to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Ensure assigned employees understand and live by Campos EPC (“CEPC”) core values, Culture, Ethics, Performance, and Compliance, Alignment to Client, Schedule Driven, and Employee Utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a regional team in the execution of projects and programs for regional clients
• Manage existing client relations, including contracts, projects and opportunities
• Foster relationships with new regional clients and develop Regional Strategy Plan / Business Development
• Responsible for work in the region using local resources and utilizing other CEPC offices/resources
• Work closely with the other Regional Leads, Directors, Vice Presidents and Principals to leverage relationships and expertise
• Develop a training plan for employees in Region
• Actively promotes Campos EPC safety culture.
• Serves as the key resource for executive management advisory on overall project health.
• Oversees planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of all assigned projects from contract execution through commercial operation.
• Manage existing client relations and foster relationships with new regional clients
• Work closely with the Regional Director, Directors and Vice Presidents to leverage relationships and expertise

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in electric utility engineering, construction and/or project management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant industry experience including high-voltage T&D and/or substation EPC project management
• Experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction for EPC projects.
• Experience managing construction teams directly in a direct-hire and/or union construction environment
• Experience being the single point-of-contact, including managing the bottom-line, for multiple HV transmission line EPC projects from cradle-to-grave
• Registration as a Professional Engineer or Project Management Professional is preferred.
