Job Description:
Seeking full time Customer Service Representative. Candidates should have proficient at typing and talking in English and Mandarin Chinese. Be able to work full-time hours, immediate availability is preferred.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Answer the phone, reply to emails, and work with customers in person
· Handle problems and complaints
· Contact customers when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• One to two years of related experience
• Associate degree or above
• Proficient in general computer use and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficient at typing and talking in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Must be able to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must be able to multi task and work effectively under pressure
• Able to commute to events throughout the local area
• Be able to work full-time hours, immediate availability is preferred
• Be able to work on weekend as needed
