Cafe Fleur De Lis's new location is opening soon at 129 Camp Street. We are a vibrant and well-established breakfast and lunch restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences. Our focus is on serving high-quality, delicious meals in a welcoming and comfortable environment. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation and growth of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:Oversee and lead a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to maintain high standards of service.
Conduct regular team meetings, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Operations Management:Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Implement and uphold standard operating procedures to maintain a consistent and excellent customer experience.
Financial Management:Monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and expenses to optimize profitability.
Analyze financial reports and take appropriate actions to achieve financial objectives.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
Menu and Product Management:Collaborate with the kitchen manager to develop and refine the menu, ensuring variety, quality, and implement our standards.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to maintain an adequate supply of high-quality ingredients.
Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold a safe and hygienic environment for staff and customers.
Marketing and Promotions:Develop and create promotional campaigns and events that drive customer traffic and increase revenue.
