Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our Human Resources team and help our business achieve new heights in our fast growing startup. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting our HR Manager in various HR functions. This role is responsible for helping to create and maintain a positive and productive workplace environment, handling HR administrative tasks, and assisting with employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
3. Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Support in the management of payroll and compensation-related activities.
4. HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
5. HR Administration: Maintain HR records and employee files. Generate HR reports and assist with HR analytics and coordinate employee events, training, and development programs.
6. Culture and Employee Engagement:Support initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement. Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
