and nbsp;Support that will be responsible for routine / basic inboundcall outbound call email and web chat services as well asbackoffice services.

Performs services focused on customersatisfaction Completes daily routine tasks and responsibilities tosupport the Customer Service department orprograms.

Requirements :

• Supportscustomers to submit and process origination and disbursementtransactions or creates and submits on behalf of thecustomer.
• and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Assistscustomers with award origination and disbursement processing andidentifying and resolving processing issues.
• and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Supports inbound calling outboundcalling email web chat and outreach to customers to assist inresolving batch edits and errors missing documents and signaturepages and fixing data.
• and nbsp; and nbsp; andnbsp;Provides monitoring support and outreach for batch processingissues and errors edit code rejects issue follow up and resolutionasrequested.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS :

• and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;02 years ofCall center experience; 02 years of customer service or publicrelations experience.
