Assist the Office Manager with special projects to keep the office running smoothly. Order supplies, greet visitors and use your excellent organizational skills to manage documents and files. A solid administrative foundation and a confident, fast-paced personality are essential to keep this team on track!

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant -Jr. Level

• Calendar management and scheduling
• Travel planning
• Assist with office management; ordering supplies, interfacing with vendors etc., to keep things running smoothly

Desired Qualifications for the Executive Assistant- Jr. Level

• Calendar control and travel management experience.
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
• An outgoing, poised and professional manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adept with technology and accurate with numbers
