Job DescriptionBryceTech is hiring a Business Development Analyst/Writer to join our rapidly growing Business Development team. We are currently seeking an analytical, motivated, self-starting Business Analyst/Writer with strong writing skills and attention to detail. This Business Analyst/Writer will have the opportunity to assist with the full lifecycle of business development: helping us to research and assess opportunities, pursue capture activities, draft and review proposal and RFI response content, and maintain the pipeline database and team SharePoint. In this highly interactive role, you will collaborate directly with capture and proposal managers to provide writing, editing, and analysis support as well as tracking and coordinating actions for various efforts. The successful candidate will bring an interest in government business development; strong writing, editing, research, and analytical skills; exceptional communication and organizational skills; the capacity to work independently with confidence; and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment. This role comes with potential for growth as you become a key member of our tightly knit team.
